Our speaker for today was Chris Yates who is affectionately know as The Teabag Lady!
Chris is a mixed media textile artist who likes to use recycled materials in her work especially teabags. So how does it work? First you need to put the kettle on, all the teabags are used for their intended purpose before becoming a craft supply (giving this craft a recycled and environmentally friendly vibe). The teabags are then dried out and turned into fabrics which can be painted and stitched on.
